The FCA has now published the final versions of the UK EMIR Validation Rules and XML Schemas.
This follows the draft versions that were published on 24 February 2023. Together with the joint FCA/Bank of England Policy Statement and the final Technical Standards and new rules for the Trade Repositories under UK EMIR. These will be applicable from 30 September 2024.
