Today, 5 November 2020, ESMA published the first Questions & Answers on SFTR Data Reporting [ESMA74-362-893] including answers to questions relative the the frequency of reports, reporting of settlement fails and those of zero collateral for margin lending.
“The purpose of this Questions & Answers is to provide greater clarity to market participants on how to comply with their reporting requirements under SFTR. The Questions & Answers includes clarifications on how reporting of certain business events should be performed”
